People often come to me with an audience challenge.   It’s often a mixture of strategy, systems and people, and usually with an insight gap.   As an external consultant with deep in-house experience and wide consultancy knowledge, I can provide the clarity and solutions to set up your teams for positive change.

  • A specialist in strategy, I work with organisational leaders to devise the best strategies to deliver retention, change or audience growth, one that matches your vision, values and resourcing. 


    I work with you to define your success, to articulate your current position, considering insight, brand, CRM, sales, communication and membership strategies.   Dependent on the project, I can work as a dedicated single consultant or lead a project team of brilliant specialist associates.  Every project is bespoke.

  • I work with cross functional teams to define their organisational digital ambition for CRM and website projects and support them in robust process and decision making.  This might include a combination of team leadership, procurement, data architecture, systems and process review alongside organisational change management. 

    I do this both as an independent consultant, and also as a Digital Advisor for the Arts Council’s Bloomberg Philanthropies Digitial Accelerator Programme.
