Dependent on the project, I can work as a dedicated single consultant or lead a project team of brilliant specialist associates. Every project is bespoke. -
I work with cross functional teams to define their organisational digital ambition for CRM and website projects and support them in robust process and decision making. This might include a combination of team leadership, procurement, data architecture, systems and process review alongside organisational change management.
I do this both as an independent consultant, and also as a Digital Advisor for the Arts Council’s Bloomberg Philanthropies Digitial Accelerator Programme.
